What happens next?

  1. We send you a confirmation email from japancampers.booking@gmail.com (and/or japancampers@hotmail.co.jp) with your booking details and booking deposit payment link (PayPal or Wise).
  2. Please check your Spam / Junk folder. If our email is there, mark it as “Not spam” so that future messages arrive in your inbox.
  3. Your campervan is confirmed only after the deposit is paid and we finalize the booking by email.

How to "unspam" our email (example for Gmail)

  • Open Gmail and check your Spam folder.
  • If you find our email, open it and click “Report not spam”.
